Every program begins with an Assessment to measure functional fitness. Testing determines lower and upper body strength, flexibility, agility, aerobic fitness, and balance. This baseline information helps us to set your start point as we plan the goals and milestones for your individualized program.

Jump Start package

Perfect for someone who is looking for a personalized fitness program, either in the gym or at home, and is not sure where to start.  Whether you are new to fitness, are coming back after an absence, have a past injury or medical condition, you will want a program designed from a base of knowledge and experience.  This package is for you. You will feel understood through the assessment process and supported during the entire 3 months, both during 1:1 sessions and through weekly follow up.

Jump Start:  3 month program which includes:

  • Assessment:  includes health history, movement screening, flexibility, postural assessment, balance assessment, and goal setting

  • 3 Personal training sessions during first month

  • Location of your choice:  community centre gym or your home

  • Personalized handout of program

  • Monthly personal training sessions to follow up in months 2 and 3 (total of 5 sessions)

  • Weekly email and/or phone follow up

Stay Fit Program

The Stay Fit 6-month program is a great way to continue working on your healthy lifestyle following the Jump Start Package. You can customize how often you want to work together, and through the 6 months appropriate progressions will be made to your program so you can continue to see improvements in strength, body composition, flexibility, posture, and confidence.

6 month program which includes:

  • Choose between monthly, weekly, or twice weekly sessions

  • 1:1 access to Sandra for questions

  • appropriate progressions to fitness program

Location: Your choice of Sechelt Aquatic Centre gym, Gibsons Community Centre gym, or your home

Schedule: flexible scheduling designed to meet your needs, Monday - Friday

Investment:
Investment varies depending on your customized program structure which we will determine together based on your needs.
