WALKER TO 30 MINUTE RUNNER PROGRAM
Walker to 30 Minute Runner is designed for both beginner runners and for those who are getting back to running after a break. If you are looking for a gradual approach to becoming a runner, the support of a group, advice on running related issues, accountability, and fun, this group is for YOU!

This 8 Week Program Includes:
8 week running clinic meeting twice weekly + 3rd prescribed walk/run outing
Warm up exercises and cool down stretches with every session
Walk/run intervals start at 4.5 minutes walking and 30 seconds running, 6x; gradually increasing run portion completing with a full 30 minute run.
